we also accept email and telephone orders and accept payment over the telephone via credit/debit card.
When ordering houses 2 addesses and a telephone number must be supplied as business post charge £4 for failed delivery if only 1 address is supplied and we will request this payment before a further attemp to deliver is made. The adresses must be close i.e number ** will accept if not in.
Houses come direct to you from our supplier if you order other items from us these will be dispatched from ourselves. In all instances please allow upto 14 days for delivery. We post daily so you should get things a lot quicker subject to items being in stock.
If any items you order are out of stock we will contact you to find out what you want us to do i.e send on when available or refund and reorder.
All houses come flatpacked and unfinished in any decoration unless stated. All houses without exception must be checked within 48 hours and any problems reported if this is not done then you will be deemed to have wholly accepted the goods.
